Start at the Atlantic...

An early start, a decent breakfast and a 6 am briefing sees us driven out to the drop-off point at Inverfael on the West Coast. After you've dipped your head in the Atlantic Ocean at the foot of Loch Broom we set off on a lung-busting ascent nearly 1000 metres up towards Beinn Dearg with the climb offering amazing views.

We then leave the trails to free roam across the varied and challenging terrain, skirting the picturesque Tuath & Prille Lochs before descending past stunning hidden waterfalls and dropping into Glen Beg and then Glen Mor where we will pick up the CampX mountain bikes.

... and finish at the North Sea.

We then continue across Scotland on an undulating 9 mile ride through the breathtaking Glen Mor on gravel trails before a fast 13 mile downhill tarmac finish on green lanes, past CampX to complete the day with your front wheel touching the waters of the Dornoch Firth.

Complete the day as you started and dip your head into the North Sea before returning to CampX for a hot shower, a well-earned drink, and C2C bragging rights.

If the weather is to severe for an ascent of Beinn Dearg we have an alternative C2C hike & bike route.

The CampX Adventurers

Jonathan and Graham first met in a Berber Tent in the Sahara whilst taking part in the Marathon Des Sables multi-stage desert race. They have since competed together in many events, but always with Graham patiently waiting for Jonathan to join him at the end. They have shared kayaks and bivouaks through numerous endurance competitions and won firsts in age group in the same Guernsey marathon.
